How do I return my order?
To start a return, please email us at support@guardianpulse.store and include the following:

Your order number

Your shipping address
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be:

Unused

In its original packaging

In the same condition as received
Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send the item back.
Important: Please do not return any item without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval cannot be processed.
Who pays for return shipping?

Orders within the USA

If your item is damaged or incorrect, Guardian Pulse covers the return shipping.

If you're returning for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), you are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Orders from Canada

Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges, regardless of the reason.

How long does a refund take?
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund on your account.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was received and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at support@guardianpulse.store.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes — you may cancel your order on the same day it was placed, provided it hasn’t shipped yet.
If your order has already shipped, you’ll need to wait until it arrives and then begin the return process as outlined above.
Can I exchange my item?
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to order a different product, we recommend:
